European Lighting Forum - LightingEurope’s Technical Memorandum on specific rules for life cycle assessment of light sources - 21 May 2026

This edition of the European Lighting Forum (ELF) will focus on LightingEurope’s recently finalised specific rules for light sources for general lighting. Following the successful publication of the revision of product specific rules for luminaire EPDs (PSR0014) and the programme operator neutral technical memorandum for life-cycle analysis for control gears, LightingEurope is excited to present the technical memorandum to aid in the creation of EPDs for general lighting light sources. 

During this webinar, LightingEurope’s experts will share their insights and present in detail the specific elements of the technical memorandum, such as the Functional Unit, the Reference Flow Description, or the Extrapolation Rules.
